RV-7 Reverb

This is a much simpler reverb device. It has the size of the room, level of decay (how long it takes for the sound to decay), damp (makes the effect more warm) and dry-wet, which is how much effect is applied.
DDL-1 Digital Delay

This effect works to repeat and delay what you are playing. Units toggle between ms (milliseconds) and steps (tempo based). The step length is either 1/16th note or an eighth triplet note. Feedback is how many repetitions happen. Pan chooses left or right balance of the music and once again dry/wet toggles how much of the effect is used.
D-11 Foldback Distortion

This is a very simple distortion effect. As you can see you can only edit the amount and shape of the distortion. I don't enjoy using this as much as the Scream 4 distortion box but you can choose which one you like better.
