Suspend Calculation of Total Scores

You can suspend calculation of total scores; any existing scores will be removed from the grade sheet. Your previous settings, such as weighting, will be saved should you wish to use automatic calculation in the future. To suspend total score calculation, follow these steps:

1. From the GradeBook home page click the name of the grade book that you want to edit. You will move to the main view of the grade book.
2. On the grade sheet, click Total Score. A drop-down menu will open.
3. Click Weight and calculate. You will move to the "Weight and Calculate Total Scores" page.
4. Select Do not calculate. Options for controlling calculation of total scores will be disabled.
5. Click Save.
