Move, Copy, or Delete a Page

The move, copy, and delete commands are located on the portfolio summary page. Access them by following the directions below:

1. From the Portfolio home page, click the title of the portfolio with which you want to work. If the portfolio is not listed on the Portfolio home page, click My Portfolios, and then click the title of the portfolio with which you want to work.
2. The following portfolio management options are located in the "I want to" menu on the left.
   Note: These options are not available for pages in invited portfolios.

   Move. You can reorder the pages in your portfolio with the move option. Click Move this page, and then select a new page number from the drop-down menu.

   Copy. If you need a copy of your page and its contents, Click Copy this page. On the next screen, enter a name for the copied page and a select a page number for it from the drop-down menu.

   Delete. To permanently remove a page and its contents, click Delete this page. Deleting a page will not delete any of your artifacts, but will delete any text reflections held within that page.
