Opt out of an Invited Porfolio

Instructors and advisors can choose to enable participants to submit their completed portfolios for review. If you install an invited portfolio by following a link, you can choose to "opt out" of the review process. When you opt out of an invited portfolio, the portfolio project is no longer tied to the instructor or advisor, but is yours to work on, edit, or delete as you wish. Note: You cannot opt out of portfolio invitations sent directly through Portfolio.

Follow the steps below to opt out of an invited portfolio:

1. Go to the Portfolio summary for the portfolio you wish to opt out of.
2. Click Opt out of this portfolio on the "I want to" menu at the left.
3. Click the check box to confirm that you want to opt out of the invited portfolio, and then click Opt out.
