You can change how your portfolio pages look by editing the page styles. You can set the styles for an entire portfolio (see step 2), or for a particular page (see step 3).

  1. From the Portfolio home page, click the title of the portfolio with which you want to work. If the portfolio is not listed on the Portfolio home page, click My Portfolios, then click the title of the portfolio with which you want to work.
  2. To change the styles for an entire portfolio, go to the Portfolio Summary, and then click Edit portfolio styles in the "I want to" menu at the left. You will move to the "Edit portfolio styles" workspace. Continue on to step 4 to edit your styles.
  3. To change the styles of a specific page, go to the Portfolio Summary, click a page title, and then click Edit page styles on the "I want to" menu. You will move to the "Edit page styles" workspace.
  4. Changing Page Style Click thumbnail to view full image.
  5. In the styles workspace, you see a preview of what your published portfolio pages will look like. For every area of the portfolio page, you can change the font style, including the color. You can also change the background color for different areas of the page, and the appearance of the horizontal rule. You can change the width of the portfolio page by editing the styles for "Page Body."
  6. To make changes, click on the paintbrush located next to the area you would like to modify. A new window will open with the set of style options available for that area of the page (refer to the title of the style window to verify which area of the page you are modifying). Choose the styles you want, and then select one of the following options from the bottom of the styles window:

Preview: Displays what your published pages will look like with the new styles, without saving the changes.

Save styles: Saves the changes you've made to the styles for this area of the page.

Reset: Returns styles to their last saved settings.

Cancel: Closes styles window without saving any changes.
