Add a Journal
The SimpleSite journal creates date-stamped postings so that you can post announcements on your course Web site, or create a personal Web log.
Add a journal to your Web page.
- Select Journal from the Insert drop-down menu in the layout area in which you want to insert the journal. A new, blank journal will appear at the bottom of the layout area. The new journal will contain one date-stamped entry for you to edit.
- Enter a title for your journal in the "Title" text area. This is the title for the entire journal, not an individual entry.
- Enter an entry title in the "Entry Title" text area.
- Compose your journal entry in the entry content area. You can format your entry, insert images, and create links using the content section toolbar.
