Edit Collaborator Roles
Edit roles for a group of collaborators.
Once you have added a group of collaborators, you can edit their role at any time. To edit a group's roles, follow these steps:
- On the Summary page, under "Security, Publishing, and Announcements" click Collaboration. You will move to the "Collaboration" page.
- Click the group name, and then select Edit roles from the context menu. You will move to the "Edit Group Roles" page. The role(s) already assigned to a group will be pre-selected.
- Select the roles you would like to assign to this group. To remove a role, deselect it.
- Click Save. You will return to the "Collaboration" page. The roles you edited will be updated appropriately in the table.
- Click Done or use the global navigation to return to the Summary page.
Though you can change a group's role in WebQ, you cannot edit the members of
a group from within WebQ. Use Group Manager to add
or remove members from a group. New members added to a group with Group
Manager will be able to collaborate on your survey or quiz.
