Edit roles for a group of collaborators.

Once you have added a group of collaborators, you can edit their role at any time. To edit a group's roles, follow these steps:

  1. On the Summary page, under "Security, Publishing, and Announcements" click Collaboration. You will move to the "Collaboration" page.
  2. Click the group name, and then select Edit roles from the context menu. You will move to the "Edit Group Roles" page. The role(s) already assigned to a group will be pre-selected.
  3. Select the roles you would like to assign to this group. To remove a role, deselect it.
  4. Click Save. You will return to the "Collaboration" page. The roles you edited will be updated appropriately in the table.
  5. Click Done or use the global navigation to return to the Summary page.
Though you can change a group's role in WebQ, you cannot edit the members of a group from within WebQ. Use Group Manager to add or remove members from a group. New members added to a group with Group Manager will be able to collaborate on your survey or quiz.
