All Shortcuts

The above list shows only the most common keyboard shortcuts. To print a list of all the shortcuts in Word, follow these steps:

  1. Click the View tab.
  2. Click the Macros button from the Macros group.
  3. From the Macros In drop-down menu, select Word Commands.
  4. Select ListCommands from the macros listing.
  5. Click the Run button.
  6. Choose Current keyboard settings from the popup window
  7. Click OK. Word will automatically open a new document containing a table of keystrokes. We recommend that you print this document.
